In relation to the Single-use and Other Plastic Products (Waste Avoidance) Act 2020, the EPA has reported the following activity for the 2021-22 financial year:

Number of reports/complaints/breaches—12

Number of warning letters—nine

Number of expiation notices or persons charged with an offence—0
