The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector): I have been advised:

As at 21 June 2022, there were no applications under the Aboriginal Heritage Act 1988 with me for decision.

I also take this opportunity to advise that the consultation provisions under the act are governed by section 13, not section 12 as was stated.
