SAPOL Vaccine Mandate
In reply to Mr WHETSTONE (Chaffey) ((22 June 2022).). (Estimates Committee B)
The Hon. J.K. SZAKACS (Cheltenham—Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services): I have been advised:
As of 22 June 2022, 96 per cent of SAPOL employees are noted as 'up-to-date' with their vaccinations based on Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation (ATAGI) criteria.
Total reporting boosters are 90 per cent of the workforce.
6 per cent of the workforce are regarded as 'un-boostered' but 'up-to-date' (i.e. have had COVID in the last four months or their second vaccination dose in the last six months).
