State of the Sector Report 2022

The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector): I have been advised:
1. This data drew upon employee responses to the I Work for SA Your Voice Survey in 2021. The survey is run every two to three years. The next survey is planned to occur in 2023.
2. This data drew upon employee responses to the I Work for SA Your Voice Survey in 2021. The survey is run every two to three years. The next survey is planned to occur in 2023. As a result of the 2021 survey, the Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment (OCPSE) has developed new guidance relating to bullying and harassment that is currently out for consultation and will be released to the sector in August 2022.
3. The OCPSE is currently collecting across-government workforce information for 2022, which includes Aboriginal employment in the public sector. This workforce information will be published in late 2022.
