5 Mr COWDREY (Colton) (16 June 2022). How will the government ensure that grants to be provided under its Economic Recovery Fund will not go to employers who would have hired additional employees regardless of the provision of a grant?

Projects funded from the Economic Recovery Fund will be required to meet obligations as set out in funding agreements with agreed beneficiaries. These obligations will be consolidated to ensure the project is delivered and the benefits to the State are realised.
