The SA Housing Authority (authority) has an agreement with Uniting Communities to administer the extreme weather response brokerage service. Under this arrangement, specialist homelessness services can seek reimbursement for expenses such as salaries, accommodation, transport, and other consumables associated with a Code Blue / Code Red activation.
