The Hon. N.D. CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Trade and Investment, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Planning): I have been advised:

1. BIG4 West Beach Parks does not ask guests to provide their residential status upon check-in, therefore, we do not know if a guest is homeless.

2. As we are unaware of the residential status of our guests, concessions are not offered. West Beach Parks adopts a dynamic pricing structure and rates fluctuate throughout the year according to demand.
