The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector): I have been advised:

1. Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation will continue to work with Narungga Nation Aboriginal Corporation to monitor and assess outcomes of the Buthera Agreement and will provide an update in due course.

2. Answers provided to questions 2 and 3 are correct.
