Landscape South Australia Act

Mr PEDERICK (Hammond): Presented a petition signed by 101 residents of Mannum Waters Marina and greater South Australia requesting the house to urge the government to repeal the section of the Landscape South Australia Act 2019 that requires recovery of evaporation water at Mannum Waters Marina by application of a levy upon the Mid Murray Council and ratepayers.
