The Hon. N.D. CHAMPION (Taylor—Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure, Minister for Planning): I have been advised:

SA Water anticipates first water to be produced from the Eyre Peninsula desalination plant by the summer of 2026.

SA Water reaffirms that water restrictions on SA Water customers are currently not required, with residents encouraged to continue to use water efficiently around their property.
