The budgeted expenditure on goods and services for the financial year 2025-26 and each of the years of the forward estimates period is as follows:

Goods and services expenditure includes contract payments to Land Services SA, and excludes salaries and wages, depreciation and amortisation, borrowing costs, grants and other expenses. Expenses related to the Office for Local Government, Outback Communities Authority, and Local Government Grants Commission are also excluded.
