Aboriginal Monuments

The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State): I have been advised of the following:

The $1.4 million carryover figure on page 17 of Budget Paper 4, Volume 1 does not include a component for Aboriginal monuments.

The budget for Aboriginal monuments is currently allocated as $500,000 in 2024-25 and a further $500,000 in 2025-26.
