Over the three-year period to 30 June 2025, Renewal SA has contracted 634 house and land, or land allotment sales across its trading projects (Playford Alive, Seaton and Prospect). A total of 300 contracts (47.3 per cent) have been contracted at or under the prevailing gazetted affordability indicator price point (including designated features where applicable). A further 55 sales (8.7 per cent) have been contracted utilising HomeStart's shared equity product.
