SA Housing Authority

The Hon. N.F. COOK (Hurtle Vale—Minister for Human Services): I have been advised that for the SA  Housing Authority (the Authority):

The estimated total cost for engagement of consultants and contractors in 2022-23 is $297,000 plus a further amount linked to contracts valued at up to $502,500 for which incomplete procurement processes will determine the costs to be incurred in 2022-23.

The following is a summary of external consultants and contractors that have been engaged at a total estimated cost above $10,000, the nature of work undertaken, and the estimated cost for 2022-23.

MinterEllison Request for Quote To determine the GST recovery percentage on overhead acquisitions that reflects the nature of current business practices. This project will deliver a methodology which will allow the Authority to review and calculate its overhead GST recovery percentage annually in house. $145,000.00(to 7 July2022) TBA
