Mr MARSHALL: Mr Waterford resigned for his mistakes in the Shannon McCoole case. Has any other Families SA employee lost their job as a result of the agency's catastrophic failure?

The Hon. J.R. RAU: I assume that language was meant to convey the question: has anybody else in the department been terminated or disciplined in respect of the McCoole matter? If that is the question, I will seek advice.
