Torrens Building

Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (14:05): Again to the Minister for Planning: who will maintain the leases for the Carnegie Mellon and Torrens University now that the government plans to sell the Torrens Building in Light Square?

Mr Pisoni: Victoria Square.

Ms CHAPMAN: Victoria Square, I am sorry.

The SPEAKER: Victoria Square, isn't it?

The Hon. J.R. RAU (Enfield—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General, Minister for Justice Reform, Minister for Planning, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Industrial Relations, Minister for Child Protection Reform) (14:05): It is in Victoria Square; it is still there. Again, off the top of my head, I am not able to assist the deputy leader with an answer to that question, although my assumption would be that there would be no disturbance of whatever the prevailing arrangements are between those institutions and the government, but I will have to check that and I will get back to the honourable member.
