Question Time

Breast Screening

Mr MARSHALL (Dunstan—Leader of the Opposition) (14:15): My question is to the Minister for Health. How many victims from the BreastScreen SA failures, which occurred between 2010 and 2012, are still waiting for compensation? How many settlements have been made to date and will victims receive offers of compensation or will they be required to lawyer up?

The Hon. J.J. SNELLING (Playford—Minister for Health, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Health Industries) (14:16): I don't have that information to hand, but I am happy to have a look.

Members interjecting:

The SPEAKER: I call the leader to order and the member for Hartley.
