BETTISON (Ramsay—Minister for Communities and Social Inclusion, Minister for Social Housing, Minister for Multicultural Affairs, Minister for Ageing, Minister for Youth, Minister for Volunteers) (14:41): It is my understanding that it is often a contractual obligation of non-government organisations and many stakeholders that we have agreements with that they use the DCSI screening system.
