In reply to Mr COWDREY (Colton) (3 July 2023). (Estimates Committee A)
The Hon. S.E. CLOSE (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Minister for Industry, Innovation and Science, Minister for Defence and Space Industries, Minister for Climate, Environment and Water): I have been advised:
The Environment Protection Authority has spent approximately $147k to 30 June 2023 monitoring the St Kilda mangroves. This consists of 1330 hours or approximately $85,000 of scientific staff time, and approximately $62,000 spent on equipment, water sampling and vegetation and soil reports.
