SA Water's electricity load costs for the past 5 years (excluding the ZCEF program net benefits) are as follows:

| Electricity costs excl. ZCEF net benefits | $82.2 | $86.5 | $52.2 | $72.6 | $72.2 |
In comparison, net savings of $12.2m were achieved from the program in 2022-23.
