CTP FUND

In reply to Mr GRIFFITHS (Goyder) (25 June 2008).

The Hon. K.O. FOLEY (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Treasurer, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Federal/State Relations): I have been provided with the following information:

Eleven commercial and industrial properties are currently held by the CTP Fund. They are as follows:

99 Gawler Place, Adelaide SA (Commercial);

113 Ledger Road, Beverley SA (Industrial);

2 Cyanamid Street, Laverton North VIC (Industrial);

24-32 Stanley Drive, Somerton VIC (Industrial);

50 Cyanamid Street, Laverton North VIC (Industrial)

105-109 William Angliss Drive, Laverton North VIC (Industrial);

356 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC (Commercial);

3 Talavera Road, North Ryde NSW (Industrial);

370 Nudgee Road, Hendra QLD (Industrial); and

Buildings 8 and 17/2404 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains QLD (both Commercial).

Since 1 July 2007, the Motor Accident Commission has not purchased any new properties but did settle on 2 Cyanamid Street, Laverton North, which was under contract prior to 1 July 2007. The purchase price was $19,750,000 and settlement took place on 20 July 2007.
