        </text>
        <text id="20080704ab6fcefe856e450a80000239">Since 1 July 2007, the Motor Accident Commission has not purchased any new properties but did settle on 2 Cyanamid Street, Laverton North, which was under contract prior to 1 July 2007. The purchase price was $19,750,000 and settlement took place on 20 July 2007.</text>
