LAND TAX REVENUE

In reply to Mr GRIFFITHS (Goyder) (25 June 2008).

The Hon. K.O. FOLEY (Port Adelaide—Deputy Premier, Treasurer, Minister for Industry and Trade, Minister for Federal/State Relations): I am advised that the expected increase in land tax revenue in 2008-09 as a result of the introduction of land tax anti avoidance measures remains unchanged at $5.0 million.

The expected impact on land tax revenues from this measure in 2008-09 and across the forward estimates is set out in Table 3.1 on page 3.2 of the 2008-09 budget statement.
