QUEEN'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION

In reply to Mr HAMILTON-SMITH (Waite—Leader of the Opposition) (25 June 2008).

The Hon. M.D. RANN (Ramsay—Premier, Minister for Economic Development, Minister for Social Inclusion, Minister for the Arts, Minister for Sustainability and Climate Change): His Excellency the Governor held a reception at Government House in honour of the Queen's birthday. The nature of the reception and guest list were determined by Government House. I was not, nor would I expect to have been involved in decisions relating to this matter.
