Justice Rehabilitation Fund

The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State): I have been advised of the following:

1. Revenue into the JRF in 2024-25 was $3.676 million. Expenditure from the JRF in 2024-25 was $1.823 million.

Department for Correctional Services (DCS) Aboriginal Cultural Programs in Prisons For DCS to design, develop and deliver Aboriginal cultural programs for Aboriginal men and women under DCS supervision (Prison and/or Community Based Order). 315
DCS Keeping Victims Informed (KVI) Provides information to high-risk victims of domestic and family violence who register to receive services and whose accused perpetrators are in the custody or under the supervision of DCS to facilitate victim safety planning. 406
Metropolitan Youth Health Supporting Parents' and Children's Emotions (SPACE) A program that provides early intervention support to young parents aged between 12 and 25 years who experience or perpetrate domestic and family violence. The program aims to reduce the risk of children being exposed to domestic and family violence. 216
Courts Administration Authority Youth Aboriginal Community Court Adelaide (YACCA)1 Operation of a two-year trial of the Youth Aboriginal Community Court Adelaide. 332
Department of Human Services (DHS) Inclusion Support Program African Community Pilot For the development and implementation of a 12-month pilot responding to individuals between 10 -18 years who identify as being part of the African community, and who have a pattern of high-risk offending. 303
DCS Increase capacity of current AOD support services To increase alcohol and drug (AOD) support services, specifically through expanding the delivery from the Aboriginal Drug and Alcohol Council and OARS Community Transitions. 200
Women's Safety Services SA Abuse Prevention Program Review To support participation in the review of the Abuse Prevention Program. 23
Relationships Australia South Australia Abuse Prevention Program Review To support participation in the review of the Abuse Prevention Program. 20
