PUBLIC SERVICE EMPLOYEES

The Hon. A. KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Manufacturing, Innovation and Trade, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Small Business): I am advised as at 30 June 2012, the Department for Manufacturing, Innovation, Trade, Resources and Energy (DMITRE) had 16 redeployees, who were placed and costed as follows:

Four redeployees are placed in term contracts within DMITRE and costed to DMITRE business areas as follows:

Two in Manufacturing and Innovation

One in PACE Resources and Energy

One in Investment, Trade and Strategic Projects

Seven redeployees are placed in other SA Government Agencies and are funded by those Agencies.

Two redeployees have been granted long term leave without pay.

Three staff have taken Targeted Voluntary Separation Packages (TVSPs). Two TVSPs were paid by DMITRE and one by another agency. Corporate overheads have been allocated on an FTE basis across programs One to Four.
