The position of Director Strategic Finance—Transition was created for a period of four months as a transitional position, pending the transfer to Executive Director Financial Services on 31 August 2012 (upon the retirement of the previous incumbent).
The position of Director Policy and Community Development was an existing management position which was created as an Executive position as a result of a reclassification process.
The TEC of the positions abolished and created were in the following bands:
