Renewal SA

82 The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK ().6 September 20226 September 2022). Can the Minister for Planning advise:

1. What is the current residential land supply in the metropolitan area of Adelaide, and what proportion of land is held by Renewal SA?

2. How many potential residential land allotments does Renewal SA hold?

3. What is the current industrial land supply in the metropolitan area of Adelaide and what proportion of land is held by Renewal SA?

4. How many potential industrial land allotments does Renewal SA estimate that it holds?

The Hon. C.M. SCRIVEN (Minister for Primary Industries and Regional Development, Minister for Forest Industries): The Minister for Planning has advised:

1. There are approximately 139,000 greenfield and infill allotments zoned for residential purposes in metropolitan Adelaide. Renewal SA's current landbank as at 30 June 2022 is 3,243 hectares.

2. The final yield of residential land allotments in the above land holdings would be dependent on the final zoning of the land.

3. As of 31 July 2022, Renewal SA hold 10 per cent of industrial-zoned land (vacant and occupied), as identified in the most recent Land Supply Report for Greater Adelaide.

4. Renewal SA holds further land that is not currently zoned for industry, but which is expected to be used to support employment outcomes in the future. The final number of industrial allotments will be determined based on zoning, ability to service and access the land and market conditions.
