As at 1 July 2012, the Capital City Committee Directorate had five positions: Director, Manager Strategy & Research, Strategic Projects Manager, Project Manager, and Executive & Administrative Support Officer.

The position of Project Manager was abolished on 28 July 2012. The value of that targeted voluntary separation package was $147,221.50.
