Mr RAU (Enfield—Attorney-General, Minister for Justice, Minister for Tourism): I have received this advice:

During 2009-10, 2.5 FTE's were transferred to the Serious and Organised Crime Unit from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions(ODPP).

This reduced the 2009-10 budgeted FTE's from 148.38 FTE's to 145.88 FTE's.
