Yes, energy savings and greenhouse gas emissions are measured separately. The baseline figure is the 2007-08 energy consumption of 13,642 GJ, with the Greening of the Gallery project forecast to achieve a 20 per cent reduction in energy consumption at the Art Gallery of South Australia.
