The Hon. T.A. FRANKS (14:57): Supplementary: is it in any way appropriate for deeply personal and often traumatic details divulged by a worker in their workplace to then be used against them in that workplace?
The Hon. K.J. MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:57): As I have said, I am not going to comment on the specifics of a particular case, but it is I think an expectation of all of us that people at their workplace are treated with due respect.
