CITY OF ADELAIDE PLANNING
In reply to Ms SANDERSON (Adelaide) (20 June 2012).
The Hon. P.F. CONLON (Elder—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Housing and Urban Development): I have been advised:
A master plan for the South-East precinct in the City of Adelaide incorporating the government owned housing sites known as Playford, Manitoba and Pope Court was commissioned in October 2011 for a total fee of $51,700. The master plan was completed in February 2012.
There are no specific allowances for costs associated with further planning of the South-East precinct in the forward estimates. The master plan has been referred to Renewal SA for further consideration.
