GRANTS AND SUBSIDIES

In reply to Mr MARSHALL (Norwood—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (26 June 2012).

The Hon. P. CAICA (Colton—Minister for Sustainability, Environment and Conservation, Minister for Water and the River Murray, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs and Reconciliation): I am advised:

1. The grants paid from this program are varied and are made up of a number of broad categories.

2. The breakdown of the $4.161 million is as follows:

Natural Resource Management—Community Grants—$2 million;

RSPCA Grant—$660,000;

One Million Trees—$300,000;

State Heritage Grant—$250,000;

Unnamed Conservation Park—$200,000;

Nature Conservation program—Research Partnership—$195,000;

Wildlife Conservation Fund—$182,000; and

Other minor grants—$374,000.
