The following list is a breakdown of what projects the $551,000 capital expenditure at the Adelaide Shores caravan park was going to be spent on during 2011-12.

Shade sails over the northern and southern jumping pillows

Installation of RCD switches to group accommodation bunkhouse

Upgrade of ensuite roofing and internal fixtures

Housing for guest go-kart facilities

Replacement of all BBQs

Replacement and upgrade of all rubbish bin bays

CCTV security upgrade

Replacement of cabin furniture and fittings

Security enhancements to Ablution blocks

IP sewer lines

New perimeter fencing along Military Road
