INTELLIGENT SPEED ADAPTATION TECHNOLOGY

The Hon. T.R. KENYON (Newland—Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing, Minister for Road Safety, Minister for Veterans' Affairs, Minister Assisting the Premier with South Australia's Strategic Plan, Minister Assisting the Minister for Employment, Training and Further Education): The most recent Australian trial of Intelligent Speed Adaption (ISA) technology was conducted by the Road Traffic Authority in New South Wales. Each ISA device in the NSW trial cost $650.

The South Australian Government has not made a commitment to a trial of ISA technology.
