1. How many staff are based in the Agent-General's office in the United Kingdom?
2. How many overseas trips were taken by this Office in 2011-12 and what was the total cost?
The Hon. J.W. WEATHERILL (Cheltenham—Premier, Minister for State Development): I have been advised of the following:
Eight staff members including the Agent-General are based in the Agent-General's Office in the United Kingdom (7.6 full-time equivalents).
Nineteen overseas trips were undertaken during 2011–12 at a total cost of $67,368. This includes five trips to Australia at a total cost of $51,300 and 14 trips within Europe at a total cost of $16,068.
