RENEWAL SA

In reply to Ms CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Leader of the Opposition) (27 June 2013).

The Hon. A. KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Housing and Urban Development): I have been advised that Renewal SA's original 2012-13 budget for property sales was $167 million. This was adjusted at the Mid-Year Budget Review to $108 million to align to market conditions.

In respect to 'other' revenue, I am advised this includes income from Renewal SA properties (leases, rents), joint venture profit share, grants and subsidies (Community Service Obligation payments) and interest.
