KOUTSANTONIS (West Torrens—Minister for Transport and Infrastructure, Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy, Minister for Housing and Urban Development):</by>  I have been advised that Renewal SA's original 2012-13 budget for property sales was $167 million. This was adjusted at the Mid-Year Budget Review to $108 million to align to market conditions.</text>
        <text id="20131115734165a06c584ba690000068">In respect to 'other' revenue, I am advised this includes income from Renewal SA properties (leases, rents), joint venture profit share, grants and subsidies (Community Service Obligation payments) and interest.</text>
