CHAPMAN (Bragg—Deputy Premier, Attorney-General) (14:47): Again, they are matters that will be considered in relation to whether there is any obligation imposed on parties, bearing in mind that this is a little bit like seatbelts on buses. Retrofitting an existing product isn't always easy or able to be safely attended to, but they will be matters under consideration after the principal decision is made as to whether there should be any obligation for that to be imposed in relation to any future purchase.
