MAHER (Leader of the Opposition) (14:33): Supplementary arising from the answer: will the minister please advise what process will be undertaken to appoint a chief executive to this new amalgamated body, and will she inform the chamber if she, or anyone on her behalf, has had discussions with any individual about taking on that position?

The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:34): I think any discussions on this are premature prior to the cabinet making a decision on what the authority will look like.
