VLAHOS (Taylor—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Mental Health and Substance Abuse) (14:21): As I have updated the house on two previous occasions, I have made it very clear to the department that I take this report—the independent review by the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist—incredibly seriously and that they are to act as speedily as possible.
