MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector, Special Minister of State) (14:57): As I have said, the Environment Protection Authority's permission was required for these to take place. I know that the Department for Environment consulted widely and, importantly, undertook the dredging with those EPA approvals in place.
