MAHER (Leader of the Opposition) (14:28): Supplementary arising from the original answer: with only $37.5 million from the commonwealth and $37.5 million from the state government, can the minister guarantee that there will be any new builds and that this money will not be spent solely on maintenance?

The Hon. J.M.A. LENSINK (Minister for Human Services) (14:28): I thank the member for that supplementary question. It is my understanding that without this money we were unable to do further capital builds, so that is certainly part of the suite of improvements we are hoping to make into the future.
