Mr MALINAUSKAS (Croydon—Leader of the Opposition) (14:15): My question is to the Premier. Does the Premier accept that as the leader of the state, as the leader of the parliamentary Liberal Party, South Australians are entitled to know whether the Premier will accept a person with criminal charges against their name as a Liberal Party candidate at the next state election?
The SPEAKER: There's a point of order, leader. Please be seated. The Premier.
The Hon. S.S. MARSHALL (Dunstan—Premier) (14:15): I refer the Leader of the Opposition to my previous answer, sir.
