WINGARD (Gibson—Minister for Police, Emergency Services and Correctional Services, Minister for Recreation, Sport and Racing): I have very regular discussions with SAPOL about all aspects of police operations and when those discussions result in recommendations for major change, they are discussed in cabinet prior to being advised to the parliament and publicly.
