State Emergency Management Plan

Mr MARSHALL (Dunstan—Leader of the Opposition) (14:21): Supplementary: can the minister confirm what the Premier has indicated to the house, and that is that, in the case of another statewide blackout emergency, the police would use the GRN to inform SAPOL about the evacuation plan that they have never seen before?

I am also very happy to organise for SAPOL to provide a briefing to the leader, if he wants, in regard to all the detailed matters and how they would communicate with their officers across the state to ensure that such an evacuation, were it to occur in the future, would occur appropriately.
