PICCOLO (Light—Minister for Disabilities, Minister for Police, Minister for Correctional Services, Minister for Emergency Services, Minister for Road Safety) (14:17): Certainly, I have been aware of the blackspots in my period of time as minister, and that's why I have been very keen to make sure that we advance the upgrade and I was prepared to sign a $117 million contract under my watch.
