MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (15:12): As I said at the end of my answer, it's an independent statutory authority. It has a board. The board are the ones who are responsible for those sorts of selection processes.
