Bail Conditions

The Hon. N.J. CENTOFANTI (Leader of the Opposition) (14:42): Supplementary: does the Attorney agree with SAPOL that allowing these bail conditions sends a poor message?

MAHER (Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, Attorney-General, Minister for Industrial Relations and Public Sector) (14:42): As I said, I haven't seen the article I think the honourable member refers to, but it hasn't been raised by SAPOL. I have reasonably regular meetings with SAPOL and if it is raised it is certainly something we will have a good look at as a government.
